SMS Communication Consent

These SMS Communication Consent terms (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of 4D Marketing LLC (“4D Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Types of messages

Depending on your interaction with us and the consent you provide, messages may include:

• responses to inquiries and missed calls;
• appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, and follow-up;
• service-related updates and customer-support communications; and
• marketing or promotional messages, including information about services, offers, or updates.

How you provide consent

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and checking an optional consent box on one of our forms, or by another documented method that clearly authorizes the messages described at the time of consent. Marketing consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services, receiving a consultation, or doing business with us.

By opting in, you authorize 4D Marketing to send text messages to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent with an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology when applicable. Consent applies only to 4D Marketing and may be withdrawn at any time.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, services, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. 4D Marketing does not charge a separate fee for text messages, but your carrier may.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also use another clear, reasonable method to tell us that you revoke consent, including contacting us at support@4dmarketing.us or (707) 331-1934. We will honor a valid revocation request as soon as practicable and no later than required by applicable law.

Unless you clearly limit your request to a particular category of messages, we will treat your revocation as applying to covered automated calls and text messages from 4D Marketing to that number. You may receive one nonmarketing text confirming that your opt-out request was processed. After opting out, we may still contact you through a nonautomated method when permitted by law or necessary to respond to a request you initiate.

Mobile-number responsibility

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, please opt out before discontinuing use of the number or notify us promptly.

Delivery and carrier responsibility

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other circumstances outside our control. Supported carriers and message availability may change.

Privacy and information sharing

We use mobile information to provide requested communications, operate our services, maintain consent and opt-out records, and comply with law. We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile telephone information or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging vendors and wireless carriers may receive information only as needed to deliver and support our messages.

Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our messaging practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Changes do not replace the consent required by law for marketing messages.
