This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by 4D Marketing LLC (“4D Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through 4dmarketing.us, our consultation, demo, and booking forms, our communications with you, and your interactions with us through Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and business information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company name, and other information you choose to provide.
• Inquiry and appointment information, such as the services that interest you, form responses, messages, consultation requests, and scheduling details.
• Communication information, including emails, text messages, call details, communication preferences, and records of consent or opt-out requests.
• Technical information, which may include your IP address, browser or device type, referring page, pages visited, and cookie or similar technology data collected by our website or service providers.
• Meta platform information, such as information you submit through a Meta lead form, message, advertisement, Facebook Page, or Instagram account.

How we collect information

We collect information:

• directly from you when you complete a form, contact us, book an appointment, or communicate with us;
• automatically through our website and the technologies used by our service providers; and
• from Meta when you choose to interact with our business through a Meta platform.

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
• schedule and manage consultations, demonstrations, and appointments;
• provide, support, improve, and personalize our services;
• send service-related communications and, where you have consented, marketing or promotional communications;
• maintain communication preferences and honor opt-out requests;

• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Cookies, online tracking, and Do Not Track

Our website uses necessary technologies to operate the site and remember your privacy choices. Optional analytics technologies may help us understand how visitors use the site. Optional marketing technologies, including the Meta Pixel, help us measure advertising, understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or action, build audiences, and deliver or limit advertising on Meta services. Embedded or linked services, including HighLevel/LeadConnector forms and booking tools, may use their own cookies or similar technologies to operate their services, prevent abuse, remember preferences, and collect technical information.

The Meta Pixel is disabled unless you select “Accept all” or enable Marketing in Cookie Settings. If enabled, it may send Meta information such as pages viewed, referring information, advertising interactions, browser or device information, IP address, and events associated with your interaction with our website. Meta may use that information for measurement, attribution, audience creation, ad delivery, personalization, and security under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive a list identifying the individual people in a Meta website audience.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawing Marketing permission prevents future Meta Pixel events from this browser after the page reloads. Your selections are stored in your browser’s local storage. Clearing site data or using another browser or device may require you to choose again.

We honor a supported Global Privacy Control signal by disabling Marketing technology in that browser. Some browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is not a uniform standard for that signal, we do not respond to it separately.

When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

• Service providers that help us operate our website, forms, scheduling, communications, email, security, hosting, and customer-management systems, including HighLevel/LeadConnector and Microsoft 365.
• Meta, when necessary to manage interactions, leads, advertising, or communications that occur through Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services. Meta also processes information independently under its own privacy terms when you use its platforms.
• Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor organization as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. When you permit Marketing technology, disclosure of online identifiers and activity to Meta for advertising may be considered “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under some privacy laws. You may opt out by disabling Marketing in Cookie Settings or by using a supported Global Privacy Control signal. We do not share mobile telephone information or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging vendors and carriers may receive information only as needed to deliver and support our messages.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain consent and opt-out records, to meet contractual or legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to:

• ask what personal information we maintain about you;
• request correction or deletion of your personal information;

• opt out of advertising-related sharing by disabling Marketing cookies or using a supported Global Privacy Control signal;
• unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message; or
• stop text messages as explained in our SMS Communication Consent.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain information when a legal exception permits or requires us to do so.

California privacy disclosures

California law requires commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers to describe their collection and disclosure practices. The sections above identify the categories of information we collect, the sources and purposes of collection, the categories of parties to whom information may be disclosed, how we address online tracking, and how you may request access to or correction of information.

Certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act apply only to businesses that meet its statutory criteria. If those requirements become applicable to 4D Marketing, we will update our notices and request procedures accordingly. Regardless, our Cookie Settings and Global Privacy Control support give visitors a way to prevent advertising-related sharing through the Meta Pixel. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. We do not disclose contact information for third parties’ own direct marketing.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated when required by law.
